Anastasia black tea
A good black tea mixed from Assam tea and Keemun tea with added bergamot oil and lemon, mixed with a genuine Orange Blossom Oolong tea.
The history of Anastasia tea is unknown, as is the history of Princess Anastasia Romanof. The tea has been popularized by Kusmi Te.
According to our ancestors who traded with the Russian tea houses in the 1870s, there was no tea of this name then, so Anastasia tea is a new blend that has little to do with Russia. But it tastes good; is gentle, full and round.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 10 g per litre
- Drawing time: 3-5 min.
- Water temperature: 100 0 C
