Ceylon Silvakandy OP
Silvakandy, located in the Kandy district at the heart of Sri Lanka, is renowned for its mildly aromatic teas. This 'Silver' Kandy, or Silvakandy, was formerly known as 'White Horse' and was packaged in silver foil with a white horse on the front.
The taste is refined and very delightful, moderately bitter with a light aroma. It is great with milk or lemon, but also exquisite on its own.
It features large leaves.
Brewing Instructions:
- Dosage: 10 g per liter
- Water temperature: 1000 C
- Steep time: 3-5 minutes
