Assam TGFOP-1 Decaffeinated Black Tea
This tea is decaffeinated. It uses the CO2 high-pressure decaffeination method, which is a very modern method for removing caffeine, using CO2 to "press" the caffeine out of the tea leaves. With this method, the tea also becomes 100% caffeine-free.
Decaffeinated teas have often been accused of lacking tea flavor, but this Assam decaffeinated tea is an exception and has a very fine tea flavor.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 10 grams per liter (3-4 teaspoons)
- Water temperature: 100 C.
- Brewing time: 3-5 minutes
