The best teas from the spring and summer harvests have been selected for this unusually good Darjeeling. A delight that is elegant, balanced, and with a hint of nuts.
Fredsted Tea also had this lovely tea back in the old days; Royal Darjeeling was their best-selling black tea and it tasted wonderful, just like our version.
Darjeeling is located in the northeastern corner of India at the foot of the mighty Himalayas. Darjeeling is known for its Buddhist monasteries and pleasant climate, and of course, its tea plantations. Almost a quarter of India's tea production comes from this district. The south-facing slopes border the Himalayas and yield some tea qualities that are considered to be the finest in the world.
Brewing instructions:
- 10 grams per liter (3-4 teaspoons)
- 100o hot water
- 3-5 min. brewing time
