Jasmin balls Dragon Balls organic
Small fine balls that are handmade, tied from an organic green Chinese tea leaf around a small organic jasmine flower petal and single white shoots. They are made in the Fujian province in the small towns. It is usually the young girls who sit and hand roll them. But in these times, many young girls go to university and get a good education, so gradually it is the old "girls" who sit and roll them. It's interesting to look at and I've tried making them, but mine just look like a little piece of crumpled paper.
It is 1st quality and must therefore be called "Dragon" Balls..
Extremely tasty.
Country of origin: Fujian province in China
Use 4-5 balls for a cup, pour 72-74 0 C hot water over. Can be refilled several times.
