Chai black tea
Black Chai Tea. The traditional spiced Indian milk tea, which comes in many varieties depending on where in India you come.
Recipe for Chai tea with milk:
Brew 1 liter of chai tea and 5 dl of milk. Brew the tea and let it steep for 6-8 min. Heat the milk and pour it together with the chai. Give it a light boil.
Add sugar or cane sugar as needed. If desired, decorate with cinnamon or grated chocolate on top.
Ingredients: black tea, aniseed, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, cloves, chicory root and aroma.
Tea type: black tea with spices, added aroma
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12 g per liter - 4 to 5 tsp
- water temperature: 100 0 C
- drawing time: 4-5 min. in jug - 1½ minutes in cup.
