Cumin Organic
Since the Middle Ages, cumin has been used as a medicinal plant and spice. The active ingredient in the plant is the aromatic and sharply flavored cumin oil. The fruits are used in baked goods and cheese, while cumin oil is used in Danish snaps.
Sourdough bread is made with cumin, and many in the Middle East use cumin in almost everything.
