Medium Roast - Coffee from the cooperative Cenfrocafe, Cajamarca region in Peru. More than 2,500 members supply coffee to this cooperative, which is very well organized in terms of growing and processing quality coffee. The coffee is round and velvety with sweet undertones of berries and caramel.
