Greek Mountain tea organic
Mountain drink (Latin: Sideritis scardica) is also known as Greek Mountain tea , Ironwort and Shepherd's Tea. A popular drink throughout Eastern and Central Europe, it has a very pleasant taste that can sometimes be enhanced with cinnamon and honey.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: approx. 16 g per litres
- water temperature: boiling.
- draw time: 12 minutes or more.
Alternatively:
Pour 16 g of the herb into a pot of cold water, turn on the hob and let the water with the herb boil. Turn off the flame and leave the pot with the herb on the afterheat for min. 20 minutes.
