Greek Mountain Herbal Tea Organic
This mountain drink (Latin: Sideritis scardica) is also known as Greek Mountain Tea, Ironwort, and Shepherd's Tea. A popular beverage throughout Eastern and Central Europe, it has a very pleasant taste that can sometimes be enhanced with cinnamon and honey.
Brewing Instructions:
- Dosage: approx. 16 g per liter
- Water temperature: boiling.
- Steep time: 12 minutes or more.
Alternatively:
Add 16 g of the herb to a pot of cold water, turn on the heat and bring the water with the herb to a boil. Turn off the heat and let the pot with the herb sit on residual heat for at least 20 minutes.
