Organic Nettle Tea
The nettle, or stinging nettle (Urtica dioica), is a very common herb growing between 30 and 200 cm tall, thriving in nutrient-rich soil, particularly around settlements. It is an indicator plant for nitrogen-rich soil.
The plant is edible and can be used for soup, stews, and as a spice, as well as a flavoring agent in smoking. Historically, its stems were used for textile production, known as nettle cloth.
Nettle herb is very easy to make; all you need are fresh or dried nettle leaves.
