White Temple Tea (also called Angel tea)
A very popular tea that has many names: green/white Temple Tea, Angel Tea, Temple tea, Angel's Kiss and Passion Fruit Tea. Dear child, as you know, has many names, but apart from that it tastes fantastic and is beautiful to look at.
White tea comes from the same tea plants as black and green tea. It is always Bai Mu Dan that is used for white aromatic teas, most often mixed with green tea, and it is a shoot with two leaves on it, sun-dried outdoors so that the natural water content evaporates.
Ingredients: White tea and green tea with passion fruit, pineapple and strawberry pieces, roses and added aroma.

Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 12 - 15 g per litres
- Drawing time: 2 - 3 min.
- Water temp.: 70 - 80 0 C
