Sparkling Tea with Red Berries - Pink
We have sourced this delicious sparkling tea from the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company. Pink is the driest version of their sparkling teas, yet it maintains a soft and rounded taste. You can experience intense aromas of red berries and apples.
This is followed by a complex and comfortably dry taste from the Oolong tea combined with notes of blackberry and hibiscus. The taste is balanced with the soft white Silver Needle and finishes with lightly bitter fruit notes. This sparkling tea pairs well with light dishes in the savory kitchen, such as seafood and oysters.
