Espresso Classico coffee
An espresso coffee according to the northern Italian traditions, consisting of 3 different coffees, where the dominant bean comes from Brazil, Fazenda Rainha. A "natural" Yellow Bourbon that, with its robustness and fullness, ensures a good creamy base. Guatemala Huehuetenango, and a little Indian robusta, Chikmagalur.
The coffee is roasted very slowly, a soft heat at the start, which slowly intensifies throughout the roasting process, which ends with a low heat. We roast this mixture darkly, but without the coffee becoming bitter or burnt. Good strong espresso taste, with limited acid and fruit - just as Italians love it.
The mixture includes the following coffees:
70% Brazil, Fazenda Rainha, Yellow bourbon
15% Eco Guatemala, Huehuetenango
15% India, Chikmagalur (Robusta)
Brewing:
We recommend, if you want the optimal taste, that you brew it with 17.5 grams of espresso in the basket and end up with approx. 38 grams of espresso in the cup.
The flow time should reach around 28-29 seconds and the brewing water around 93 degrees.
Roasted by Strandvejsristeriet in Helsingør.
You can get the coffee in whole beans, ground for filter/coffee machine, plunger pot or espresso.
Country : Brazil, Guatemala, India.
Certification : Organic
