Madras Curry organic
Madras Curry - also called Sweet English Curry - is a mixed product consisting of coriander seeds, cumin, Cassia cinnamon, cardamom, fenugreek seeds, black pepper, red mild chili (Kashmir chili), turmeric and curry leaves.
During the English colonial era, the English thought that the Indian curry was far too strong and had this mixture made, which in England is called " English Curry ". The curry is named after the Indian city of Madras, from where many spices were shipped.
Country of origin: mixed in Germany, but the spices come from various countries outside the EU.
