Dandelion organic
We all know the dandelion; but few people know that it is also quite tasty as a drink, even though it is bitter.
The root can be used as a coffee substitute. The leaves can be used as fodder for small livestock and in salad if the leaves are young or if they are blanched as a Christmas salad.

- drawing time: 6-10 min.
