Panyong OP black tea
This Panyong comes from Fujian province in China and is a very well-known tea. It comes from the tea type Congou, which was a description of black teas imported from China to the west, which formed the basis of the recipe for English Breakfast tea. Most of the Panyong teas come from the Tai-Mu mountains on the eastern side of Fujian.
It has the classic black tea taste, with notes of smoke and peach.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 12 g per liter (4-5 tsp)
- Water temperature: 100 C.
- Drawing time: 3-5 minutes
