Pu Erh tea organic
Pu-Erh tea is very special Chinese long-term fermented tea. Made only in Yunnan province in China. Originally, it is a tea that, as green leaves, had to be transported to Beijing on the back of a donkey. After 100 days, the caravan arrived in Beijing from southern Yunnan, and the tea leaves had turned dark brown and smelled of donkey sweat. That is the origin story of Pu-Erh the.
Today, Pu-Erh tea is fermented in rooms where the tea leaves are stored in piles and 14 days later they are ready for further processing. Blue. pressed sheets are made from them, from which the Chinese break pieces and pour hot water over them.
However, this tea is in loose leaves, cut into smaller pieces. The taste is very special. Some think it's a delicacy, others think the opposite.
