The Yunnan district in southwestern China produces some of China's best teas, although their specialty is Pu-Ehr tea. Yunnan Gold comes from an area with only sustainable organic and state-controlled farms. This tea has quality grade: 1st grade
The taste of this Yunnan Gold is incredibly delicious; it is mild, very rich and slightly aromatic. Almost no bitterness. It has such a high quality that it can be brewed like green tea, and you can brew it several times.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 12 g per litre
- Drawing time: 3-5 min.
- Water temperature: 100 0 C
