Tanzania tea CTC BOP
Tanzania CTC BOP tea is an extremely tasty African tea, strong and powerful, soft, round, full-bodied and extremely suitable for milk. The cup is a nice reddish brown and the taste is delicate and very rich.
As this tea is a CTC-treated tea, it is suitable precisely for a 1-cup filter and 1-minute steeping time. In jugs, however, we would recommend 3 minutes for mild and 4 minutes if it needs to have more bite (a little more bitter and stronger) and 5 minutes maximum brewing time.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 12 g per litre
- Drawing time: 3-5 min.
- Water temperature: 100 0 C
