White Lemon Tea ''Ning Meng''
A tea out of the ordinary. Bai Mu Dan white tea with natural lemon aroma. In Chinese it is called "Ning Ming" which tastes great and is beautiful to look at.
White tea comes from the same tea plants as black and green tea. These are the side shoots you pick with 2 leaves and a shoot. They are then usually dried in the sun so that the natural water content evaporates. The rolled buds have a silver-like sheen and produce a light, straw-yellow tea.

Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 12 - 15 g per litres
- Drawing time: 2 - 3 min.
- Water temp.: 70 - 80 0 C
