Lemon Melissa organic
Lemon balm is an herb that grows to about 80 cm tall. They originally originate from the Mediterranean countries, but are now a very widespread herb around the world. They are rarely found wild in Denmark, typically close to built-up areas. It is used in countless different dishes as a herb, but is typically also used in various teas, where a mild taste of lemon must be added, which gives a calming feeling.

- water temperature: 100 o
- drawing time: 6-12 min.
