Classic. The classic Bagsværd Lakrids bar, first created in the basement on Gunnarsvej in the winter of 2014-2015. Entered in The Liquorice Awards three times and won medals each time: Gold in 2020, Bronze in 2019, and Silver in 2018.
Ingredients (DK/NO/SE): Sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed milk, fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil, powdered raw liquorice, ammonium chloride, sea salt, vegetable emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides, color: vegetable carbon, surface-treated (shellac).

Ginger. One of Bagsværd Lakrids's first customers, the enterprising and always smiling Mai-Britt Østergaard Andersen from Gladsaxe, suggested adding ginger to their liquorice. Though initially thought to be a crazy idea, they decided to give it a try, resulting in this flavorful liquorice.
Ingredients (DK/NO/SE): Sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed milk, fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil, ginger: 7.8% fresh ginger, powdered raw liquorice, sea salt, vegetable emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides, ammonium chloride, color: vegetable carbon, surface-treated (shellac).

Sweet. The sweet liquorice was created by Morten from Bagsværd Lakrids in the spring of 2018, driven by frequent requests for a milder liquorice, especially from sweet-natured individuals from abroad.

Raspberry. This was the novelty and surprise in their Advent calendar 2021. Plenty of freeze-dried raspberries (not fresh due to high water content) are added to the liquorice, creating a delightful combination.
