Formosa 'Butterfly of Taiwan' Oolong Tea
An oolong tea from Taiwan, fermented just a bit less than other oolong teas. This results in the outer edges of the leaves being fermented, while the center of the tea leaf remains like green tea. This is a very flavorful oolong tea, featuring the characteristic flavors of black tea, yet also offering a delicious sweetness and freshness akin to green tea.
Brewing Instructions:
- dosage: 12 grams or 4-5 teaspoons per liter of water
- water temperature: 90-95o hot water
- brewing time: 2-4 min.
