Orange blossom honey is an exclusive honey that captures the essence of the orange tree and its springtime flowers. It is collected in the areas around Valencia, Tarragona, and Almeria. The unique nectar captures the essence of spring in every drop.
The honey has a light color reminiscent of amber with yellowish tones that may turn to yellowish-white upon crystallization. It should be stored at room temperature, dry and protected from sunlight.
Orange blossom honey has a sweet taste with a distinct acidic component. It is perfect for flavoring both cold and hot drinks and can also be used in rich desserts such as cakes and ice cream.
