Eucalyptus Honey
This exclusive honey comes from the sunlit provinces of Huelva and Badajoz, as well as the southern Mediterranean and the western Cantabrian Sea, harvested from a unique nectar of the majestic eucalyptus trees. It is collected both in the summer and winter seasons.
The honey has a light amber color but can vary to darker shades. The taste is sweet with slightly tangy notes and the aroma is very intense and lasting. It is best stored at room temperature, in a dry place, protected from sunlight.
Eucalyptus honey pairs perfectly with infusions, dark bread, and fish dishes. And yes, it brings the traditional taste of eucalyptus when you savor this unique honey.
