Japan's finest organic Sencha
Japan makes really good green tea. Unfortunately, Japanese tea is a bit expensive. They are specialists in Sencha tea, and this version of a Japanese Sencha is exceptionally good and tasty.
It has a fine bitterness and a rich green tea flavor.
This tea comes from cooperatives in Shizuoka, which primarily produce Yabukita tea.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 10 grams per liter (3-4 teaspoons)
- Steeping time: 2-3 min.
- Water temperature: 72 - 740 C
