JinJing Jasmine High Grade tea organic
JinJing Jasmine tea is made the real way in the area outside Changcha in Hunan province on a sustainable organic farm. It is a green tea in 1st grade quality, a rarity in this part of the world, and it is fermented 28%.
Real Jasmine tea is NOT added with jasmine oil or natural-identical jasmine aroma, but has got its jasmine flavor by the fact that the tea is fermented together with jasmine flowers.
In Hunan province, in a scenic area north of the city of Changsha, there is a type of jasmine flower that is not found anywhere else in the world. Due to the soil conditions here, the jasmines smell completely different, sweet and without the often slightly perfume-like scent.
As a tea, it is absolutely unsurpassed. It is almost not bitter, like all JinJing teas, and with the jasmine flower flavor you get a soft and finely rounded light cup.
Brewing instructions:
- 1 teaspoon 2 dl water
- 75-80 o hot water
- 1-3 min. draw time
