East Indian curry organic
Curry is a mixed spice that comes in a myriad of variations, from sweetly mild to burningly strong. The sweetest and most common in our latitudes is English Curry, which in Denmark we call Madras Curry. At the strong end is the most common East Indian curry, which you see here. But even this exists in countless variations.
Typical of all of them is the combination of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, turmeric and ginger. The strength in curry comes from different types of chili. In our East Indian Curry, the strength comes from the red Jalapeno Chili "Chipotle".
Ingredients: Coriander seeds, black peppercorns, cumin, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, red chilli and ginger, all ground/ground into powder..
Country of origin: mixed within the EU, but the spices come from different countries outside the EU.
