Organic Moroccan Mint
This lovely mint could just as well be called Spearmint, because it tastes so wonderfully of spearmint chewing gum. But its proper name is Nana-mint (Mentha spicata var crispa, Nane '), and in Danish gardens it is known as curly mint. In California it is called Spearmint, and in Africa it is known as Moroccan Mint, as it is in the Middle East (Iran, Turkey, the Arab countries).
We have brought it in as a 100% organic version at a very good price.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 16 g per litre
- water temperature: 100o
- steeping time: 6-10 min.
