Panyong Silver Needle Black Tea
Panyong tea is a term for a specific type of tea known as Congou. Traditionally, the tea is called Panyang (or Panyong) Congou, originating from the Fujian province. Generally, Congou is a name for black Chinese teas that are non-broken, but Panyong tea is broken and at the same time an OP (Orange Pekoe). A component of this tea is an organic white Silver Needle tea, sourced from Baise, Guangxi, located on the eastern side of Yunnan. Fujian and Yunnan produce some of the world's finest teas due to their nutrient-rich soil. This blend exhibits the classic black tea flavor with many fruit undertones, enhanced by the incredibly fresh taste of the white Silver Needle.
