Red Clover

Red clover is an herb found in fields and meadows across Europe, where it dominates the landscape with its beautiful purple flowers. Red clover naturally contains phytoestrogens.

Red clover should not be confused with White clover or other clover types, which are primarily suited as cattle fodder.

There is a tradition of using Red clover to help women manage menopause and alleviate hot flashes, restlessness, and irritability.

Brewing Instructions:

• Use 1-2 teaspoons of red clover per cup of boiling water.
• Steep for 6-10 minutes.
• Drink 1-3 cups daily.
