Bûche de Noël Yule Log from Summerbird
Refined and classic Yule log with marzipan made from stone-ground Mediterranean almonds and nougat. Coated in Summerbird's dark chocolate Arriba Nacional, based on the Arriba Nacional cocoa bean, which grows along the Guayas River in Ecuador and is considered among the finest in the world.
The flavor profile is fruity with notes of sun-ripened berries and vanilla. The Yule log is decorated with crushed praline made from Piemonte hazelnuts, candied peel of sun-ripened Spanish oranges, and pistachios. A Yule log in a class of its own, where craftsmanship, raw materials, and simplicity are at the center.
