White Monkey green tea
Also called Bai Mao Hou, is a pure green tea that grows in the Taimu Mountains in Fujian Province.
The name comes from the fact that it grew on the slopes of the Taimu mountains, and since it was so high, monkeys were trained to pick the leaves from the trees.
It is typically picked at the end of March to the beginning of April.
This tea is incredibly popular and has a great taste. You get a delicate but fine taste of green tea, and you also get a sensation of white tea.
