Xi Hu Lung Jing premium
Lung Jing, Lung Ching or Dragon Well is the name of this great tea, which is called China's largest, and is often called Emperor Tea, as the emperor of the Qing dynasty cultivated it in his garden in the "Forbidden City". It is a first flush tea, i.e. that it is harvested the day after the first full moon in April.
All Xi Hu Lung Jings come from West lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
It has a wonderfully sweet, rich and very refreshing taste. The cup is very light green.
This tea is not organic, but naturally grown.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 12 g per litre
- Drawing time: 2-3 min.
- Water temperature: 72 - 74 0 C
