Jasmine tea from China. This tea is an Oolong tea that the Chinese are experts in making. Jasmine tea is almost a Chinese national drink. It has been drunk for millennia and is still at the top in China.
The tea is made by placing Jasmine flowers between the layers of tea leaves before drying begins. Jasmine flowers thereby become part of the drying process in this classic tea. An intensive and rounded tea, where the Jasmine flowers give a lightly perfumed and delicate taste.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12 g per liters of water
- water temperature: 75-80 o hot water
- drawing time: 2-4 min. draw time
