Chili Ancho minced
Ancho chili is a mild chili, which i.a. used in Chili con carne or Mole Poblano. It is one of the most used chilies in Mexico, and is often used if you want a tasty and deep flavor of chili.
The chili is very dark in color and has flavors of, among other things, fruits, chocolate and nuts.
