Pu Erh Yunnan
This Chinese tea is famous because of a special method during production. After fermentation, the tea is stored in boxes for about 42 days, after which they are steamed.
Many know Pu'er tea as a large capsule/piece, but most people in Europe like it best as loose tea.
Pu'er tea is what the Chinese call black tea, where what we call black tea is called red tea in China (Hong Cha)
China is the homeland of tea. For millennia there has been a tradition of growing tea in large parts of the mighty country. China's tea production takes place in the southern provinces.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12 grams per liters of water (4-5 teaspoons)
- water temperature: 100 o C hot water
- drawing time: 1-5 min.
