Organic nettle tea
Stinging nettle, or Great Nettle (Urtica dioica) is a 30-200 cm tall, very common herb that grows on nutrient-rich soil, especially around buildings. It is an indicator plant for nitrogen-rich soil.
The plant is edible and is used for soup, stew and as a spice, just as it can be used as a flavoring agent for smoking. In the past, the stem of the plant has been used for textile manufacturing, so-called nettle cloth.
The nettle herb is very easy to make and all you need is fresh or dried nettle leaves.
