Espresso Secondo coffee organic
Espresso - An espresso coffee according to the northern Italian traditions, consisting of 3 different coffees, where the dominant bean comes from Brazil, Fazenda Rainha. A "natural" Yellow Bourbon that, with its robustness and fullness, ensures a good creamy base. Guatemala Huehuetenango, and a little Indian robusta, Chikmagalur.
The design of the perfect organic espresso. An espresso blend where the raw materials determine the flavor profile, more than the traditional methods of designing an espresso blend. One of the best espressos you can find on the market.
Organic Espresso Secondo is designed for you who prefer a tasty sweet espresso with fullness and character, from pure organically grown beans, and which tastes clearly through the milk in a latte or cortado and at the same time is pleasant to the palate as espresso or americano.
This new espresso blend is designed to be fresh, intense and smooth at the same time. Two organic coffees make up this espresso blend, and we have left a Peruvian highland coffee as the base; a rich bean that brings to mind caramel, toffee and chocolate. To this we have added a delicious spicy organic African bean from Shakisso in Ethiopia. This bean adds intense sweetness as well as delicious notes of white chocolate and dark berries.
Roasting Organic Espresso
When we roast this mixture, we roast with a good amount of heat at the start, which is why we achieve a rapid heat supply to the beans and therefore achieve a quick and efficient drying of the beans, after which the actual roasting process begins and here the heat is gradually lowered until we hit the first crack, where we increase the airflow before the mixture is sent to targets of approx. 15 minutes
Brewing:
We recommend that Organic Espresso Secondo, if you want the optimal taste, that you brew it with 17.5 grams of espresso in the basket and end up with approx. 38 grams of espresso in the cup.
The flow time should reach around 28-29 seconds and the brewing water around 93 degrees.
The mixture includes the following coffees:
70% Organic Peru Cajamarca
30% Eco Ethiopia, Sidama, Daye bensa
Roasted by Strandvejsristeriet in Helsingør.
You can get the coffee in whole beans, ground for filter/coffee machine, plunger pot or espresso.
