Panyong Silver Needle Black Tea
Panyong tea is a term for a specific type of tea called Congou. Traditionally, the tea is called Panyang (Or Panyong) Congou, which originates from Fujian province.
In general, Congou is a name for black Chinese teas that are non-broken, but Panyong tea is broken and at the same time an OP (Orange Pekoe).
Mixed in this tea is an organic white Silver Needle tea, which originates from Baise, Guangxi, which lies on the eastern side of Yunnan.
Fujian and Yunnan produce some of the world's finest teas, due to their nutrient-rich soil.
This blend has the classic black tea taste with many notes of fruit, which is supported by the incredibly fresh taste of the white Silver Needle.
